Hi, I’m Danielle!
I’m a Breathwork Facilitator and Somatic Coach, supporting people to reconnect with their bodies, rebuild nervous system capacity, and create sustainable change — not through quick fixes, but through safety, awareness, and integration.
My work helps you reconnect with your body and emotions, expanding your capacity to feel — not just calm or positive states, but the full range of human experience — so life feels more manageable, spacious, and alive. Using science-backed breathwork, somatic practices, and nervous system education, we build the resources your system needs to respond to life with more ease, resilience, and choice.
I know first hand how overwhelming stress, anxiety, burnout, and chronic illness can be. After over a decade working in the high-pressure world of events management, my body eventually said no — leading to severe burnout and Chronic Fatigue/ME that left me house-bound for a year. I was repeatedly told recovery wasn’t possible.
