    I loved this workshop completely. It’s been significantly transformative for me. I loved it, from start to finish. One of my main feelings was a profound sense of relief. It was such a relief to do the “Body No/Body Yes” exercise, and to be encouraged to feel my good sensations. I suddenly felt like I had solid ground beneath me for the first time in years. And that feeling has continued ever since. I could probably talk about my experiences of putting your lessons into practice for a very long time.  My NSM routines are transformed. It’s wild to me how I’m doing the same massage-y moves, yet my inner experience is so different. I’m incredibly grateful that I signed up for this course. It’s really changed things for me, and I feel so so fortunate to have taken part in it.

    I have been working with my NS for four years now, so this foundational piece was instrumental in filling in some gaps. The emphasis in other programs and w other coaches is often on the tools or to DOSE thru out the day with laughing or dancing, etc...- but to take the time to really focus on what resources work for you and all the different types of resources you pointed out in the course is something i have not seen before.

This self-paced series explores how a trauma-informed, embodied approach to Resourcing supports nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and a felt sense of safety. Through somatic approaches, we invite you to develop personalised tools that align with your unique needs and personal and cultural histories. Whether you're new to this work or looking to go deeper, you’ll have space to explore and integrate the practices that truly support you.

Course Overview:

Each workshop includes teaching, guided experiential practice, Q&A and sharing. The video recordings do not include the sharing sections to respect the privacy of past participants, but the accompanying text remains available in the recording.

Week 1: Essentials of Resourcing – Understanding key principles of resourcing; developing discernment and self-attunement on the healing journey.

Week 2: Body First, Cognition Later – Curiosity-driven exploration of external and internal resources through sensorimotor approaches, connection, and ritual.

Week 3: Resourcing Integration – Bringing resourcing into daily life and cultivating an inner refuge.
